Sable is one of those that reminds us why we rescue. She was found on the street in terrible condition. She was horribly matted, malnourished and with dental problems. We suspect she was used as a breeding dog in a puppy mill. Magnolia Chapter took her into foster care and found that she is a sweetheart! Her doctor says she is between 10 and 15 years old. It is hard to tell because she only has two teeth after the bad ones were extracted. Her doctor also advised us not to spay her because of her age. She weighs five pounds soaking wet.
