Found covered in tar, insects and parasites, poor Tahoe was in rough shape! Not only was he extremely emacieted and dehydrated but he also seemed to be looking for any type of relief from his nightmare he could find. Luckily an amazing foster stepped up and he is now on his way to recovery though it will be a long road as he is treated for the many issues and introduced to life off the streets.
