Found tied up outside Food Depot, this poor girl was extremely bagged up. Unfortunately, no puppies were found and it appears she hasn't fed in quite some time now, but the one thing we did know is she needed help. Luckily she found that and is on her way to being healthy! She is extremely sweet and does amazing on leash. Loves other dogs and kids, she would love a life of luxury, you know, a life with people of her own!
