Alfred was found with his friend Angel Bassett on a gravel road in a rural area. Alfred and Angela were starving and for a while we did not know if Angela would survive. With the excellent attention of their foster mom , she did and both are beautiful examples of the Bassett Hound breed and wonderful companions now. However, as often is the case in Louisiana, both are heartworm positive. We are seeking donations to pay for treatment .
