Jesse was taken in by the Magnolia Chapter when he was dumped at a rural intersection with a collar deeply imbedded in his neck. The Magnolia Chapter vet removed the collar and stitched the wound in Jesse's neck. He had stitches all the way around his neck. He is friendly and full of personality. He is crated at night and when left alone during the day. He has not relieved himself in his crate. Jesse is active and curious and needs a family that will interact with him a great deal. He should never wear a collar. We are using a harness for walks and he does well with that.
