Sweet Penelope has had a run at life. At a very young age she along with her siblings and mom were pulled from a high kill shelter. Her brothers fell ill and they sadly did not make it. Penelope was saddened by the loss of her brothers and became a very shy puppy. Her foster momma worked with her and she is now such a beautiful dog. She is doggie door trained. Penelope is around 11 months old an ready for her forever home.
