This little fella was seen roaming a neighborhood for almost 2 wks before someone took him to shelter. Lupe' was pulled right away and doing well in foster. he is really skinny but with a few good meals he will be as good as gold. he prefers a more quieter atmosphere and is def a love bug lap dog.
