Her shiny black and crisp white coat make Pepper a standout. She is a Boxer and Labrador Retriever mix brought into the world by someone who wanted to create a "designer" dog and sell her. When she wasn't sold, she was turned in to a high kill rate animal control facility. She was rescued from death by the Magnolia Chapter and is now an energetic, playful, big girl who needs a fenced yard and an active family.
